The Trust

Initiative is to success what a match stick is to a candle.

It was  Shrimati. Velammal, the Mother of  Shri. M. V. Muthuramalingam, who inspired him  to serve the society by providing education and so, he established the VELAMMAL EDUCATIONAL TRUST in the year 1986. Today the ‘Velammal – Educational Empire’ has 30 Institutions, comprising 3 Kindergarten Schools, 1 Residential school, 3 International schools, 8 Matriculation Schools, 11 CBSE Schools, 3 Engineering Colleges and a Medical college with a total strength of more than 90,000 students and 8500 dedicated staff members.
